Pay Online

Paying online is easy from your checking or money market account.  You can choose to make a single payment or sign up for online automatic deductions and never worry about being late again. 

To pay online you’ll first need to login to your IPL account or create an account if you are a first time user.  First time users will need their IPL account number.  All users will need the same bank account information that appears on your checks to complete a transaction. There are no service fees from IPL for this transaction.

Important information: Online payments require two business days to post to your IPL account. 

  • Payment Arrangements – Payments must be posted by the bill due date to avoid default and cancellation of your payment arrangement. 
  • Disconnect Notices – If you are making a payment on a Disconnect Notice or a service that has been disconnected, please contact IPL at 317.261.8222 to report your payment. You will need your authorization number and the dollar amount paid. Our customer call center hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, and 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.  Closed weekends.
