IPL’s Income Qualified Weatherization Program provides funding for energy efficiency improvements to the homes of low-income customers to help reduce their energy bills and improve their homes’ comfort.

Since 1997, IPL has provided funds to weatherize more than 1,200 homes, resulting in significant reductions in energy consumption, lower energy bills and increased customer comfort.

Customers interested in applying for the Weatherization Program should contact the local Community Action Agency;  in Marion County, this is Community Action of Greater Indianapolis (CAGI), 396-1800.
