Indianapolis Power & Light is a member of the Midwest ISO. The IPL bulk transmission system is under the functional control of the Midwest ISO. Transmission customers wishing to reserve transmission service can do so through the Midwest ISO OASIS at Midwest ISO OASIS Web site.
