IPL cares about our community and recognizes the impact and stress COVID-19 is causing in people’s daily lives. We're determined to continue delivering reliable power while helping to protect the health and safety of our people, neighbors and community.

As of June 2020: Requests for non-emergency work have resumed, but please be prepared for delays due to the volume of requests. Also, customers are reminded that, when making these requests, they are expected to wear face coverings and respect the recommended social distancing of six feet to protect the health and safety of everyone.
