How it Works

  • Receive one monthly bill from IPL with information for all of your accounts itemized
  • Make one monthly payment instead of separate payments for each account
  • Minimize administrative time and costs while simplifying paperwork

  • IPL business customers who consistently pay their bills on-time

How to Sign Up

  • Email IPL or call 317.261.8444.
  • We’ll need the following information:
    • A list of all IPL account numbers to include in the summary bill
    • Primary business contact information, including name, phone number and email address
    • Mailing address to send the Summary Bills

Additional Info

  • Every month, you will receive one summary bill along with the individual bills for each account.
  • Your meter readings will remain on the same schedule they were on before you enrolled in Summary Billing. 
  • Once you receive your first summary bill, make all payments for those accounts on the new summary account only.
  • You can use IPL E-Bill to receive an electronic version of your monthly summarized bill and to make payments online. 
  • If you need to add or remove an account from your summary bill, simply email us with the individual account information.
