Residential customers can select from 3, 6, 9, or 12-month plans that are designed to meet individual needs and income levels, helping customers get caught up now to avoid larger balances or costly disconnections in the future.

Business customers qualify for 3, 6, and 9-month payment extensions. A $10 upfront payment is required under Indiana Administrative Code.
