IPL and City of Indianapolis LED Street Light Conversion Project
IPL and the City of Indianapolis have developed a plan in which IPL will retrofit more than 27,000 high pressure sodium (HPS) street lights to light-emitting diode (LED) technology thanks to a financial contribution from the City. The agreement provides for the largest LED street light conversion in Indiana and will benefit the City and its residents with reduced energy usage and longer fixture life. Learn more
